Palestinian teenager killed by Israeli fire in Gaza Strip

GAZA CITY (AFP) - A Palestinian teenager was killed and three wounded by Israeli fire in the southern Gaza Strip town of Rafah, Palestinian medics said.
Munir al-Sindi, 17, was killed in the impoverished Tel al-Sultan neighbourhood hard by the Israeli-controlled border with Egypt, the medics said. One of the three wounded was seriously hurt.
The death brought the overall toll since the September 2000 launch of the Palestinian uprising or intifada to 4,276, including 3,262 Palestinians and 943 Israelis.
