The father of the above boy		 Current casualty list - 377 Palestinian minors killed during this intifada. Mind you, just over 200 were killed during the FIRST intifada ('87-'93). In 2.5 years, Israeli forces are on a rampage managing to almost double that count.

IDF Open Fire policy

If a Palestinian gunman were to walk into Israel and open fire on unarmed children and civilians causing their deaths, the event would receive much more attention in mainstream American media than when Israeli troops do the same in the territories.

With callous disregard for the laws of the international community, and for the laws of humanity, Israeli forces continue to do so. Some statistics

In this article, the other cameraman present mentions that they were filming at the time of the incident. Where is the footage? If it exonerates the IDF, surely they would want everyone to see the footage, no? How many of these "accidents" have happened in the last 2-3 months now?
