trying to spin the story of the tank shell that was fired into the crowd that was caught on tape below.
3-6 - Israeli Forces Kill 11 Palestinians While Pursuing Hamas Note the spin the Israeli military is putting on the story about
the tank shelling - they rained shrapnel down on that crowd that was made up of unarmed innocent civilians - see both videos below. There can be no denying it. And it is not
acceptable. And another thing, what are they doing going after Hamas in this camp, when the identity of the suicide bomber
is known? In other words, why are they indiscriminately firing on unarmed civilians including children in a refugee camp
who have absolutely nothing to do with the lone suicide bomber who is already dead and gone?
"Israeli investigators said they found a letter near the body of the bomber, a West Bank Palestinian, that praised the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorism attacks in the United States. Ariel Sharon (news - web sites), Israel's prime minister, seized on that discovery as further evidence that Israel was battling the same enemy as the United States. " - Wow. What an utter
coincidence and so convenient too.

2-24 Reuters video of tank opening fire on rock throwers.
Although it wasn't shown in the video, one rockthrower was killed in that incident. We pay for the bullet, remember that. I would hardly
call this type of activity fighting terrorism. A thousand Palestinians died in the first intifada in '87. See also the story about the thousands of Palestinian child prisoners -
90% of whom committed the offense of rockthrowing.
Terror and Resistance
Nablus

Two Palestinians were killed yesterday
(a man and his grandson who were crossing the road together)
and two more killed today. One was killed trying to cross the
street with his wife (who was injured in the same attack and is
now in hospital). The other was shot dead by soldiers when they
saw him trying to close the door of his store, which had been
damaged when the soldiers forced their way into the store on a
previous occasion...
....Though physically exhausted from their labours of the past four
days and shocked by the savagery of the violence that they have
witnessed against defenseless civilians, the spirits of the ISM
activists have been raised by this display of resistance by a
city that is occupied but nevertheless unconquered.

2-23 -"In all, six Palestinians were killed in Beit Hanoun, including a policeman, two stone throwers, ages 20 and 17, and a 27-year-old cow farmer, Palestinian security officials said.
Two border guards also were found dead near their post, hospital doctors said. Both had knife marks, in addition to bullet wounds, and one had no eyeballs, the doctors said, suggesting the corpses had been mutilated. "

Israel-Europe tension mounts and of course this was followed by the usual denial and dismissal by Israeli officials of this legitimate criticism.
It would appear that the world will have to plunge into a total war before Israel will be made to abide by international law.

Human rights situation in the Occupied Territories
Human rights groups say the army only investigates when forced by publicity, and it rarely punishes those responsible for such abuses. They say the military's attitude to people in the occupied territories was exposed by the Israeli army chief of staff, Moshe Ya'alon, when in a newspaper interview he likened the Palestinians to cancer and said he was administering chemotherapy.

"The army said the jeep tipped over and one soldier was lightly injured. The Palestinian driver stopped immediately, emerged from his car and approached the jeep, the army said. Soldiers in the jeep opened fire, assuming he was trying to attack them, the army said. The soldiers thought the man carried something in his hand, the army said. It turned out he was unarmed.
Palestinian security officials said the man was a 37-year-old school teacher who delivered groceries after work to make extra money. At the time of the incident, he had groceries in his car, the security officials said."
