A masked Jewish settler hurls stones at Palestinian homes in the divided West Bank town of Hebron. Israel has drafted hundreds of police reinforcements to Hebron in a bid to quell what the press dubbed the Jewish Intifada, sparked by plans to evacuate nine families of settlers.
