A Palestinian worker holds a mattress as he walks through the Erez Crossing on his way back from Israel to the Gaza Strip, Thursday, Feb. 9. 2006. Israeli Authority closed the Erez crossing, but allowed workers to come back into Gaza, after two militants threw hand grenades and opened fire on Israeli forces at the checkpoint, where thousands of Palestinian laborers cross from Gaza into Israel every day.
