Amina Abu Eid, mother of Ahmad Abu Eid, 14, mourns during his funeral in the Khan Yunis refugee camp in the southern Gaza Strip . Abu Obeid was killed Tuesday by Israeli troops while he was standing on the roof of his house feeding pigeons near the settlement of Naveh Dakalem in Khan Yunis according to Palestinian sources. Israeli tanks and troops sealed off the northern Gaza town of Beit Hanun as they stepped up an operation, which is designed to end the firing of rockets on southern Israel and is expected to last months.(AFP/Said Khatib)
